Letterman/MGN Golf & Picnic
Picnic: Friday, April 24th at 5:00pm Location: Football Practice Field The University Golf Course is under renovation, and will not be ready until sometime this summer. This has caused us to postpone this year’s lettermen golf outing until the following year. We are still going to have the party on the practice field like in years past sponsored by Outback Steakhouse. That will be Friday, April 24th at 5:00pm. There is no cost for this event. Please RSVP to mdgridiron@gmail.com with your name and the names of your guests who will be attending. The following day, Saturday, April 25th is Maryland Day and the Spring Game. We would love for you to attend and be honored at halftime of the Spring Game which kicks off at 3:30pm.
We had such a great response with our initial offer, that we are also offering a second opportunity to purchase a lettermen’s ring at the cost of $250. A picture of the ring and the order form is in a link on this page. Those who return their order form by Friday, March 13th will have their rings presented to them during the half time ceremony. All of those who would still like to purchase a ring, but will not be attending the weekend’s events, will be mailed their rings at a later time.
